Unlike many "fly by night internet sites" we actually stock all the products that are shown on our site! We do NOT have someone else drop-ship for us. Because we actually warehouse and inventory all our products-you receive your order as fast as possible! You won't be waiting 1 to 3 weeks to receive your order as you would with those other sites.
All shipments to North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin or Illinois, will be ground
shipped for FREE on any product order of $55.00 or more ! (At the low retail prices listed on this website).
If we are temporarily out of stock on a particular product that you have ordered, you will be notified within 24 hours so that you may make changes to your order or agree to wait until the product is in stock.
Delivery times are approximately 1-3 days depending on the destination location's distance from our warehouses. To the above specified 7 states, heavier shipments such as large cages will be SHIPPED FREE using common carriers.
All orders to the above specified 7 states under $55.00 total sale will be charged one easy $7.00 flat rate shipping fee.

The easy Flat Rate Shipping Fee Schedule shown below applies to all shipments to all other lower 48 states that are not listed above. For these other states we use standard ground shipping for most orders. You will be charged NO SALES TAX.

- $55-$99 order =$15 shipping fee
- $100-$199 order = $35 shipping fee
- $200-$299 order = $55 shipping fee
- $300-$399 order = $85 shipping fee

$400 or more order = $135 shipping fee
Some large cages will be shipped standard ground via common freight carriers.
Any special requests such as liftgate delivery or inside delivery on any order, will be subject to additional charges. Please call us toll-free with such special requests so that quotes on these special requests can be provided to you prior to your order being processed.

Return Policy
We are commited to your purchase satisfaction. We support the manufactuers and products that we sell. We will gladly and as promptly as possible remedy any manufacturer product defect.
However, it is crucial that you examine all deliveries to ensure that they are in optimal condition prior to signing any kind of delivery acceptance form that states "you have received the delivery in good condition" (or similar satement). Should you notice any damage to the delivery packages, you must note that apparent damage on the delivery acceptance form and examine the contents immediately.
Please keep ALL shipping boxes, packing material etc. until you have determined that you are satisfied with the item you purchased. Also, please carefully examine all boxes, packing material, envelopes etc. for small pieces that may be part of the product you ordered (such as cage bolts, nuts, seed guards etc.).
Due to the potential of spreading avian diseases we do not accept returns on any food items that are not "defective". If such a product is defective- we will arrange for a replacement.
All other products may be returned according to the following guidelines. A "Return Authorization Form" must be issued by us to you prior to any product being returned.
Any returned item must be in its original box(s) and be repacked with all of its original packing material. Cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Prices may change without forward notice due to product material costs etc...passed on to us from our manufacturers. Should you visit our site and a place a product(s) in your "wish list"; It is possible that when you revisit our site to place an order-the price(s) may have changed (up or down). In addition, every once in a great while, any site can experience an internal "computer glitch" that may accidently change or omit a piece of verbage or a price. Should this ever happen-we will notify you prior to sending out your order. We will do everything to attempt to satisfy our customers but we cannot be responsible for a mechanical default that results in an "impossible" price or "no" price appearing on the site. This seldom ever happens- however, if you see something relative to product descriptions or pricing that does not look "right" on our site- please call us immediately so that we may remedy the problem. We will usually reward you for your assistance.
